We just wanted to thank you again for helping us celebrate our anniversary on the Princess cruise. We had a WONDERFUL time. We had our cabin upgraded (your doing??) to a fabulous room with a balcony and plenty of closet and storage space, we felt so blessed. Thank you again for making the arrangements - everything worked out perfectly, from Seattle onwards. Other than the fact that Dan gained 10 pounds, and I refuse to step on the scale, we have nothing but great memories.

sometimes bad news (i appreciated that she kept us informed!). In the end,

Pam, it was great. The cruise was more like an expedition than a boat ride. We saw just about all of the wildlife we wanted to. Transfers, hotels, etc. were all a piece of cake.

The trip on American Safari was unbelievable! On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate it a 20! The ship was comfortable, the food was great, and the crew was fantastic. We had wonderful weather - warm and sunny. We could not have asked for anything more. The crew could not do enough for us and they just went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time. We went to one magical place after another. Thanks for your help - we had a lovely vacation.

Everything was fantastic to our accommodations, food, facilities, staff were very friendly and the people on board were lovely, they called us the Irish as we were the only ones from Ireland, I want to thank you for all your help in helping us choose this vacation it was a holiday of a lifetime, but it has spoiled us because we will have to do another cruise, and we are looking at the 7 day Mediterranean Cruise which starts on 19th September 2010 I will be in touch regarding that. I have enclosed photos of myself and Henry one is taken in the Discovery Restaurant and the other is taken at the Trevi Fountain in Rome before our cruising adventure. Pam could you give me a price on the Cruise that I have stated.

We got the wine just before we left. Waiheke was so fun that we barely spent any time in our room so we never saw it. We have it now though and are planning to bring it with us today on our boat trip. That upgrade sounds great. Thanks for working it for us. I was just mentioning to Cristin last night that I am so pleased with the experience. You have really made this special for us and we will go this route with you for sure in the future.

It was a fabulous trip! Everything went extremely smoothly. We were met at every location and shepparded through the airports, etc. The service was fantastic. We really enjoyed the cruise - we were the only ones on the sailboat (except for the crew and guide) so the personal attention was wonderful. The food on the boat was excellent and everyone was very friendly. We stopped at some less visited monuments/locations where we were the only tourists. It really gave a wonderful look at what life is like in Egypt along the Nile. We truly enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely! This was just a fluke - but your service was fantastic - you did a great job!
I just wanted you to know what I really thought of the trip! I have been on 10-12 small ship cruises and the Cezanne was great - just a few problems for me - as I enjoy the variety of traveling companions and the on-board experience of mixing with many guests! This trip it didn't happen! Also the tours were just too much for me - interesting but way too long!
But yes, please keep us in mind and if any special trips come up let us know!!!

Hi Kristi!
I just received your message asking for feedback on our trip. We had a great time. Don Cesar was a very nice hotel. They gave great customer care and were very accommodating. We found their beach was just as beautiful as Fort De Soto's and less crowded. Their pool area was also very nice. Especially considering that we had a very long vacation on a small budget, we had a great time. Thank you for your help!

We had a really wonderful time in Italy and we know that it would not have been nearly as good without you. We loved all of the restaurants that you suggested. We went to all of the towns you suggested plus some. I believe the best restaurant was the one you suggested we eat in was Osteria Alla Piazza in La Piazza. The pumpkin Squash Ravioli was amazing. Kristi, again we can not thank you enough we had a really great time. We could not have been more pleased.

Deerfield Beach ended up being really nice and the Hojo was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The Patio Bar in the hotel was a particular favorite of ours and had the best pina coladas around. :-) We both got free cocktails for Jen's b-day! They also gave us an upgraded room so we would have an ocean view! Thanks again for setting up the trip for us!
